i. The committee will clean the Monday after a performance closes [strike day] at 5 p.m. There will be 10 points given to those who attend.
ii. There will be a checklist which the member uses to ensure proper care of concession stand. Everyone is to sign this sheet when the concession shift and checklist duties are complete. If any job of the checklist is not performed or is neglected, there may be point deductions for all or individual members of the particular concession shift.
b. Shelina presents check
i. Serta donation for Halloween volunteering is in!!
ii. APO receives- $125;USITT receives- $75
c. Monica tells of scrapbooking
i. This event will probably take place in March.

Hey guys just reminding everyone that there is a meeting this Wednesday (October 8th), AND your intent to pledge form is due along with your $10. The entire pledge packet is not due until the end of the Spring Semester. Also T-shirt designs are due this Wednesday at the meeting as well.

Don't forget to fill out your points and turn them in before the meeting, or at the meeting! I will be updating points!!!!! So get those point sheets in!!!!

Alright guys so you all got your pledge packets yesterday at the meeting. Remember if you are planning on pledging the last page of the packet is due at the next meeting Oct. 8th (along with your $10.) If you missed the meeting and you still want to pledge we are going to post some extra pledge packets on the APO call board, or I can email you the packet. If there are any questions about the packet please ask, I will be happy to help anyway possible.

Also I would like to congratulate Caitlin once again! Welcome aboard as an officer of APO!

One thing I forgot to cover in the meeting today was point sheets. Monica is going to post blank point sheets on the call board, and you can return them to the call board in the appropriate labeled folder. I will go over how to fill them out next weekend, if you are not able of figuring them out yourself!
